FineFixer has relaunched!
FineFixer 2.0 aims to simplify an incredibly complicated fines system, by helping people with Victorian fines understand their options.
Fine Fixer 2.0 also empowers people with fines in Victoria to collect any evidence and submit the documents to Fines Victoria.
Fine Fixer can also support users by sending reminders to users about upcoming deadlines and follow up with support workers for any pending reports.
The redesigned Fine Fixer system will empower individuals to manage their own fines with minimal legal intervention, making the process more accessible and efficient. It provides crucial support to vulnerable populations by automating the submission of necessary documents, such as reports detailing how experiences like family violence or homelessness contributed to their fines.
