We have proudly launched our Bicultural Worker Framework for CLCs.
Moonee Valley Legal Service (MVLS) has proudly worked with Bicultural Workers since 2020. We have drawn from this experience to put together a Framework to support other Community Legal Centres wishing to adopt a Bicultural Worker Program. The framework covers the role of a Bicultural Workers in a CLC, how Bicultural Workers engaged with communities, the outcomes they achieved for clients and how CLC’s can support Bicultural Workers.
The launch event will be hosted by Ilo Diaz, our Community Lead, who will explain the framework and our Bicultural Workers will speak to their experience of the program and case studies.
